Lyca EPoS

Lyca EPoS is an innovative application designed to streamline the process of mobile transactions, specifically targeting the needs of retailers. It provides a modern solution to top-up prepaid connections easily and efficiently, making physical vouchers a thing of the past. The main purpose is to facilitate seamless prepaid top-ups for subscribers while offering the additional service of SIM registration for Lycamobile SIMs (exclusively available in Germany and Switzerland).

To get started, users simply sign in using existing Point of Sale (POS) login credentials; the system then customizes the experience by setting the language to the local dialect. In just a few steps, retailers can initiate a top-up, with the amount and denomination of their choice, for any subscriber, eliminating the need for physical vouchers. Instead, an ePIN voucher is conveniently generated on the screen and can be shared directly with the subscriber.

In the case of Germany and Switzerland, the system also permits the registration of a customer's SIM card by scanning codes and documents, ensuring a quick and effortless setup process.

Key features that enhance the user experience include the ability to track transaction history with a detailed list of used and unused PINs, the flexibility to search previous transactions easily, and the functionality to retrieve the last PIN generated. It prioritizes security, with access exclusively granted to registered retailers via POS credentials. The registration feature, crucial for compliance and convenience, is tailored for retailers in Germany and Switzerland, enabling SIM activation right from the interface.
